Classified Advertising

Classified advertising is a cheaper way of gaining response to advertising whereby the advertiser can advertise under headings. The adverts are typically short and will be charged by the number of columns and centimetres that are taken for the advert which allows clients with smaller budgets to be able to market themselves and or their product to the industry.

Following a meeting with Estates Gazette, we agreed to proceed with a marketing campaign to generate interest in an industrial property that previously had very few enquiries and had been on our books for some while. Part of this campaign was to use Occupiers Direct which targeted key decision makers across Cambridge.

3 months later and the property had been let – the occupier who agreed to take the site was unknown to us but came from the local area and we concluded that the enquiry  must have come as a result of the email.
