So, Mike Hussey is putting a team together for his new property fund - and it seems he might have a name for the new company as well.
And an interesting name at that - Almacantar is the handle he has settled on, sources in the City are speculating.
When the new fund is launched, with a mandate to buy prime offices in London and Paris, the ex-Land Securities London head will no doubt field a few questions about the meaning of the name.
A quick trawl of the internet reveals that an Almacantar is an instrument use to measure celestial bodies - or the record label that put out tracks from classic eighties outfit A Flock of Seagulls. I'll leave it to you to decide which is being referenced.
