The NLA's The Developing City 2050 exhibition opened on Friday. Here's all the pics of what the John Robertson Architects and Arup; along with Gensler think The City will look like in 40 years.

Favourite suggestions are Smithfield market becoming the La Ramblas of London and the Bank of England moving east and The Old Lady of Threadneedle Street becoming the Ritz Carlton.

The NLA The Developing City exhibition is on at the Walbrook building until 9th September and is well worth a visit.
