kurt geiger shoes.jpgIf you're a landlord with shop space to let, and let's face it there are a few of you out there, you might want to take a look at FSP's Hot 100 retailers.

The retail consultancy's March figures were released yesterday and tip retailers like Monsoon, River Island and GNC as having the staying power to endure even - as the phrase goes - in these tough economic times.

FSP take into account financial management and business plans (you can read the full list of factors here) to come up with the ranking, but what the hottest of the Hot 100 all have in common - Monsoon, Primark, Domino's Pizza and GNC - is the that they've all announced plans for expansion.

Monsoon tops the charts with its recently announced plans to open 140 new outlets, albeit worldwide in the next year, expanding its 1,000 strong fleet of stores, of which almost half are in the UK.
