About Focus
There are three of us based in London: Stacey Meadwell, regional editor (that's me), Nadia Elghamry, deputy regional editor and Dan Cunningham our senior reporter.
We also have regional assistance from Lisa Pilkington who is EG's Midlands Editor based in Birmingham.

We host a drinks and networking events in key markets throughout the year for more details about those drop me an email.
As and when a regional Focus synopsis is ready - usually six weeks ahead of publication - we'll publish it on this blog and archives can be found under Synopses in our categories list. You can also go on our e-mailing list to receive all Focus synopses including those for the sector Focus's which are edited by Noella Kivlehan. If this is something you would like to do then email Sharon Harnett who manages the list.
What else do you need to know about regional Focus's? Deadlines for receipt of editorial information is normally 3-31/2 weeks prior to the publication date - yes we work that far ahead. We don't take submissions but we are interested in ideas prior to the synopsis being issued.
We run 'Market in numbers' features for all our regional Focus' and are always on the look out for good, up to date market data. If you would like to supply stats please ensure they are on one email or preferably an Excel document and clearly labelled but it is always worth contacting the relevant writer to find out which data they need.
