Having reported activity below the five year average in the first two quarters, the market seemed optimistic that take-up would buck the regular dreary Q3 trend, at out breakfast briefing we will unravel the quarter to see if it is all doom and gloom again, or whether a little business was done alongside the merriments of the Olympics.
