World's most expensive office

New York Hedge Fund, Zimmer Lucas Capital, is selling it's Manhattan HQ for a staggering $49.9m (down from $65m in May). According to Haute Living, this is the most expensive office in the world with a price that equates to just over $3,000 per sq ft (c. £1,900 per sq ft)!
