Street Art?

Did you know that there's an underground electricity substation almost underneath St.Paul's Cathedral? Well there is, and the picture below is the only evidence of its existence. Not street art but part of the station's ventilation system. Designed by Thomas Heatherwick who also did that cafe, that bridge and that weird thing in Manchester.
