Seems like everybody's at it, this time it's Ken Shuttleworth's MAKE Architects with the Battersea gasholders redevelopment.
Not quite the same as the King's Cross scheme, because the original gasholders are being knocked down, but what the architects are planning for this National Grid owned site has a more than passing resemblance to what's there at the moment:

This development is part of the larger Nine Elms regeneration masterplan which will include Battersea Power Station and the new US Embassy. National Grid intends to submit a planning application in the secomd half of 2009.
