Sellar submit plans for Canada Water tower

Last week EGi News published an interactive map produced by ourselves at London Residential Research on 5,000 high-end residential units, across mostly tower developments that are in the planning pipeline and virtually good to go. EGi News also ran a story recently on the planning application submitted to Southwark Council by Sellar Design + Developments, the company set up by James Sellar, son of Irvine Sellar who developed the Shard. The proposals for Sites C&E of Canada Water include over 1,000 residential units across 8 acres with the tallest building rising to 40 storeys.
