Derby was in the spotlight once again last week as the city held its annual Property & Investment show at Pride Park Stadium.
Key speakers included Dave Bullock, managing director of Compendium Living, the developer behind the £100m transformation of Castleward (pictured above), a swathe of land between Derby's main Midland station and the Westfield shopping mall in the heart of the city centre.
With a planning application just submitted for the first phase (click here for news). Bullock talks to Estates Gazette about the development and Compendium's aspirations for it.
