Cala Homes challenge - exoneration or castigation?

RCJ.jpgDecision is due tomorrow at 10am in the RCJ on Cala Homes' challenge to Communities Secretary Eric Pickles' decision to abolish regional planning strategies.

Civil servants exonerated or castigated? Either way, this can't be the end of the matter.
