The UK's Most Active Agents

Overall Top National Agents

Lambert Smith Hampton remains the country’s number one performer in transaction volumes, completing more deals throughout the UK than any other agent for the sixth successive year. Key to this was retention of its dominant position in the Home Counties office and industrial sectors; both categories in which it achieved almost treble the number of deals posted by its nearest competitors.

However, it was not all plain sailing for LSH as it surrendered its crown in an office category where the competition could, almost literally, not have been closer. King Sturge improved on its second place in 2009 to become 2010’s top office agent, fending off an extremely strong challenge from CB Richard Ellis, which finished in third place overall. In fact, it was a strong set of results for King Sturge, which saw its standing across all sectors improve from fifth to second.

It was all change, too, in the retail sector, where Savills managed to replace CB Richard Ellis in pole position, helping it consolidate its overall ranking in fourth place. In a new category for Leisure and Hotels, Christie + Co marched to the top spot on the back of an extremely strong set of results in this sector.
