Alistair Russell has joined Dunlop Heywood as director of investment. A former board director at Jones Lang LaSalle he has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry (0113 244 3388).

CS2 has appointed three graduate building surveyors. Jonathon Grove and Chris Lane will be based at the firm’s Northampton HQ (01604 646480) and Andrew Clarke has joined the Milton Keynes office (01908 507787).

Ryden has appointed Richard Standeven (0113 386 8816) as a surveyor in the property management group in Leeds. While in Scotland partner John Findlay (01224 569662) has become head of planning. David Tough (0131 473 3292) has been made a consultant. Catherine Thornhill (01224 569682) has been promoted to associate. Farebrother has appointed Josephine Campos e Sousa as a senior surveyor in its retail leasing and development team. She will focus on retail representation and leasing instructions across London and the UK (020 7855 3595).

Retirement

Dick Hassett of Fisher German has retired following more than 50 years as a general practice surveyor, most of which was served in the north Nottinghamshire and Worksop areas.
