Savills
Scott Caldwell has been promoted to director and head of office, Miles Thomas, head of the development team, has been made a director and William Rimell has been made senior planner. All are based at the Cardiff office (02920 368 900).

Daniel Farrand has been appointed head of planning and environment. This follows the appointments of Nick Minkoff and Stephen Hughes as partners earlier this year. Associate Jason Tann and assistant Loiuse Tainton will join the team in mid April (020 7440 7000).

In the West of England team former regional property manager Dominic Gearon has been promoted to divisional property manager for the region. He will over see a team of four regional property managers (08453 370272).
