Savills
Jemma Cam has been appointed planner in the Bristol office. She joins from CgMs Consulting, having previously worked for built environment specialist Development Planning Design Services (0117 910 0300).

Christie + Co
Licensed property adviser Andrew Robinson joins the corporate pubs acquisitions team. He has more than 29 years of experience working in the licensed and hotel property sectors. He started his commercial property career at Christie + Co in 1981, in the corporate hospitality team (020 7227 0725).

Brabners Chaffe Street
Rachel Watkin has been made a partner in the Liverpool office. A specialist property and chancery litigation lawyer with 13 years experience, Watkin joins from Halliwells (0151 600 3000).

A trio of appointments have been made in the investment team, Alastair Hilton (020 7855 3535) joins as a partner, while James Frost (020 7855 3536) has been promoted to associate partner. Also promoted to associate partner, in the professional team, is Hannah Durden (020 7855 3594).

Andrew Dick has joined as a partner in the planning department. Specialising in heritage and planning design, he brings more than 30 years of experience in both the public and private sectors (020 7493 4002).

David Herzog has been made director in the West End office, responsible for key disposal instructions and tenant representation services. He moves to the team from the global corporate services business, having worked there for six years, two years as a director (020 3296 3348).

Stephen Nation has been appointed divisional managing director for lettings. He brings 20 years of experience in the industry to the position (01525 218669).

The online broker for serviced office space and managed offices, has recruited Catherine Lister as marketing director for the managed offices division, while Claire Noble joins as online marketing director and Nuria Miranda becomes global accounts manager (020 7298 0600).

Mark Gilpin has been appointed as planning director. He joins from Howarth Homes, and has more than 28 years experience, having previous worked at Fairview Homes and St James (01494 762450).

Two key appointments have been made to the industrial team, Tom Gamble (020 7153 9335) has been made director, joining from RREEF, and George Dickens (020 7153 9467), previously with Kier Property, has been made associate director.
