Drivers Jonas
Isabella Rossi has joined the residential team as an associate. She has more than 12 years' experience, most recently with Savills, and will provide an affordable housing consultancy service to local authorities (020 7896 8070).

Orchard Street Investment Management
Barney Rowe has been promoted to partner (020 7494 8860).

Kinetics Group
Martin Stone has joined the asset and facilities management service specialists as pre-construction director (0845 230 0071).

Carter Jonas
Trevor Dodkins has been made a partner. He joins as head of planning for the firm's eastern region and will be based in the Cambridge office (01223 346648).

King Sturge
Jennie Beattie has been appointed a retail property researcher in its dedicated in-house retail research team, working with retail research partner Stephen Springham (020 7087 5523).

PNF
Nigel Foster has joined as director, property management. He was previously head of property management at CB Richard Ellis in Birmingham (0121 703 3538).

DTZ
Tom Elviss has been appointed senior surveyor. A specialist in acquisitions, disposals and development, he will be based in Newcastle (0191 223 5700).

Land Securities
Catherine Thomas has been appointed head of retail marketing, reporting to commercial director Ronan Faherty (020 7024 5089).

Capper & Co
Phil Jenkins has been appointed to a new role as property and development director.  He was formerly property director, Europe Middle East and Africa, at Crabtree & Evelyn (01443 225 500).

Andrew Forbes
Chris Thomas has joined as a chartered surveyor. He will be based in the Bristol office (0117 968 8844).

Bradley Hall
Brian Crumbley will head the investment agency, based in Newcastle upon Tyne. He was formerly a director with Grainger (0191 284 2255).

Fletcher King
David Mayes has been brought into the investment and fund management team. Mayes was previously with Drivers Jonas, where he led the UK national investment team (020 7493 8400).

Orega
The serviced office provider has created three new positions. Phil Perchard has joined as head of sales (0121 262 4001), Jean Eustace as director of operations (01784 224234) and Jessica Cox as marketing manager (01784 224372).

New addresses

In a batch of promotions that coincide with an office relocation, Lunson Mitchenall has made Richard Cripps director and Emma Harwood-Jones, Hayley Gisborne and Nick Hartwell associate directors of the shopping centre leasing team. And Jason Haxton has been promoted to associate director in the rent review and lease renewal department.
