Appointments - Promotions - Relocations - Start-ups - Team changes

People

Muse Developments has expanded its southern team by appointing Thomasin Renshaw development manager.  She joins from London & Regional (020 3328 4949). 

Colin Arnott has joined Rapleys as a senior surveyor in the corporate property services department, based in the Edinburgh office. Meanwhile Jennifer Lemen and Chris Dooley have become surveyors in the professional services department in Bristol, and the building surveying department in Manchester respectively (0870 777 6292).

Barker Storey Matthews has made Robert Houlton-Hart a consultant. He will continue to be based at its office in Bury St Edmunds (01284 702655).

Drivers Jonas Deloitte has strengthened its project management and building consultancy by appointing Neill Morrison a partner and head of a new construction cost consultancy (020 7007 7843).

Planning and design consultancy Turley Associates has appointed Ann Goodger director of business development.  Based in London, she will be responsible for co-ordinating strategy (020 7851 4010).

NB Real Estate has promoted Kate Donneky to its national investment division, to work on acquisitions and disposals (020 7544 2219).  

Lambert Smith Hampton has made David Williams head of property asset management in a drive to strengthen the firm’s position in the North West.  He will be responsible for development of the team in Manchester (0161 242 7012). 

Chartered surveyor Eddisons has appointed Ian Harrington (0113 209 1039) national head of the building and project consultancy department. He is joined by senior surveyor Lee Rhodes (0113 241 1324).  Both were previously with DTZ.  Meanwhile, David Wood has moved to the Manchester office (0161 831 1689).

UK care sector development specialist Castleoak has introduced Steve Rickard previously with Westbury, as development manager.  Meanwhile, Charles Church, and Muhammad Hassan join as graduate trainees (02920 548848).

Countrywide has named James Poynor managing director of its land and new homes division. He most recently worked as a sales director for Barratt Homes (01623 683625).

Landhold Capital has appointed Jennifer Islip a planning assistant, responsible for finding and allocating strategic land sites (020 7016 5464).

Hugh James has appointed Shaun Jamieson a partner in the property division. He worked for Veale Wasbrough in Bristol for five years, where he was head of local government and planning practices (029 2022 4871).

Independent property consultant Ryden has promoted Charlie Lawrence to head of its Inverness office to build the firm’s business in the Highlands (01463 717202).

Built asset consultancy EC Harris has appointed Richard Taylor as partner and head of its commercial sector.  He joins from Davis Langdon (020 7812 2628).

Liz Crawford has been appointed director at Humberts Leisure, based in Mayfair she will strengthen and develop the company’s hotels and leisure team (020 7629 6700).

Jeremy Randall, Hannah Murray and Rachel Turner have joined Gerald Eve’s planning team (020 7493 3338).

Signet Planning has made Rachel Greenhoff senior planner at the London office (020 7317 3110).


New addresses

The Midlands office of CALA Homes has moved to Brook House, Birmingham Road, Henley-in-Arden, Solihull, B95 5QR (01564 797640). 

Start-up

Tony Birkett, Antony Green and Simon Lees have set up chartered surveyors BGL Partners, at 10 Argyll Street, London W1 (020 7183 8242).
