CB Richard Ellis has appointed Jason Kerr Jason.kerr@cbre.com as director in its projects group. He previously worked for Savills for 14 years (020 7182 3653).

Lend Lease has appointed Kevin Chapman kevin.chapman@lendlease.com as UK head of offices. He takes up the position in May, and joins from German property company Garbe Group (020 3430 9000).

Cushman & Wakefield has appointed James Crisp James.Crisp@eur.cushwake.com a partner in the EMEA region corporate occupier and investor services team based in London. He previously worked for Capita Symonds (020 7935 5000).

Knight Frank has strengthened its Yorkshire office agency team with the appointment of Elizabeth Ridler Elizabeth.ridler@knightfrank.com as a partner. She joins from King Sturge (0113 246 1533).

Savills has expanded its residential department with four new appointments. Peter Strang Steel PSSteel@savills.com has been brought in to the Edinburgh town team. Alison Collins AJCollins@savills.com and Harry Maitland HMaitland@savills.com have joined the country house team based in Edinburgh (0131 247 3700), while in Glasgow Chris Breckenridge CBreckenridge@savills.com has joined the residential office (0141 248 7342).

Knightsbridge Student Housing has appointed Brian Welsh brian.welsh@kshl.co.uk as director of operations. He has extensive experience within this sector and previously worked for Liberty Living (020 7874 1890).

Leeds and Yorkshire Housing Association has appointed Councillor Andrew Carter to its board. He has served Leeds City Council for over 30 years and was leader from 2004 to 2010 (0113 278 3335).
