King Sturge
Serena Mills as been appointed senior associate to the shopping centre management team, she was previously with Cushman & Wakefield, where she held a similar role for three years (020 7087 5621).

Malcolm Hollis
Matt Kinsella has been brought into the project services team in the Battersea office. He has more than four years’ experience in the sector, and previously worked for Gleeds (020 7622 9555).

Chris Lewis has been appointed an associate in the retail division of the capital markets group (020 7152 5991), while Philip Prince (020 7152 5558) and Catherine Stephens (020 7152 5189) have joined the development and planning group.

City & Country
Jonathan Davies has been named finance director for the residential development business, based at the Stansted head office. This follows the appointment of Dave Bahra as construction director (01279 817882).

Trevor Bond has been made president and CEO at the global investment firm. A director since 2007, he has more than 25 years of experience (020 7290 3473).

Panikkos Euripides (020 7334 6698) has been appointed a senior surveyor and Joanne Tuvey (020 7344 6524) a surveyor in the commercial lease consultancy team.

John Elliott, a partner in consultant JHWalter, has been elected to the East Midlands regional board. Until recently, he was chairman of the Lincolnshire association (01522 504303).

The Cardiff office has made Owen Jones associate director (02920 262251), with Jonathan Aspinall appointed a surveyor (02920 262200) and John Stockley a graduate surveyor (02920 262266). In Edinburgh, Robert McArthur has been made a senior surveyor in the valuation team (01312 224500).

The social and private housing specialist has appointed Simon Jones group finance director. He has experience in the leisure, hospitality and property sectors (01322 665 522).

Jackson Criss
Surveyor Adam Robinson has been promoted to salaried partner and Matthew Coates to associate director. They have been with the firm for five and seven years respectively (020 7637 7100).

New address
Marketing group Spirit has opened a new office servicing Scotland and the north of England, to be headed by Jon Walton, formerly head of marketing for DTZ. The address is 135 Wellington Street, Glasgow G2 2XD (01412 256262).
