The Leeds office of CB Richard Ellis has appointed Andrew Milton andrew.milton@cbre.com as director of retail property and asset management. Formerly at DTZ, he will be responsible for the northern retail portfolio (0113 394 8805).

The Bristol office of Knight Frank has appointed Rhian Anstey rhian.anstey@knightfrank.com as surveyor. She joins the office agency team from Colliers International (0117 945 8814).

Marsh & Parsons has appointed Andrew White awhite@marshandparsons.co.uk as development and investment consultant in the investments and new homes department. He previously ran a land agency in Surrey for 14 years (020 7368 4838).

Colliers International has appointed Tom Prescott tom.prescott@colliers.com as associate director in the retail agency team at the Manchester office. He joins the firm from DTZ (0161 831 3300).

Alliance Planning has appointed Gemma Jenkinson gj@alliance-plan.co.uk as an associate director in the London office. She has 10 years’ planning experience and previously worked for Maddox Associates (0207 222 8345).

CB Richard Ellis has appointed Mark Collins mark.collins2@cbre.com as head of residential, strengthening the company’s residential property capability in the prime central London market. He joins from Harrods Estates (0207 182 2000).
