Ciaran O'Shea has been appointed group new business manager. He joins from Pathmeads Property Services (01895 208 888).

Thornfield Properties
David Laycock has been appointed centre director for The Rock, the shopping, leisure and living destination in Bury, Greater Manchester, due to open next summer (0161 762 5966).

Primary Asset
Tony Coke, has been appointed regional director at the surrey office. The firm is part of the MedicX Group (01483 869510).

ENVIRON Holdings
José Fernandez has been appointed president of its European division. He will be based in Aix-en Provence (+33 (0)4 4290 7496). Alan Dow has been made European division operations director, based in Edinburgh (0131 225 9899).

BSVP
The building and project consultant has named Alex Oswald building surveyor, responsible for project management. He formally worked at CNP (020 7189 8340).

RICS Global Residential Professional Group
Ben Hudson has been made vice chairman. He is managing director of residential development agency Greenhill & Brownfield and land director of rural housing developer Revitalise Homes (01926 800 400).

Malcolm Hollis
Mark Crowley has been appointed senior chartered surveyor at its Cardiff office. He was previously at DTZ (02920 647346).

Stiles Harold Williams
Sam Ball a former sandwich course student has rejoined the firm in the commercial property management operation as an assistant surveyor (020 7389 1525).

CB Richard Ellis
Rob Woods has been appointed associate director in the North West capital markets team. He was formerly with Cushman and Wakefield (0151 224 7666).

Druces LLP
Bernard Hearn has been appointed a partner in its litigation team. Hearn is a commercial and property litigation specialist and was an Equity Partner at Bullivant Jones (020 7638 9271).

CALA Homes
Alison Deakin has been named as sales and marketing director with the London and Home Counties team. Before joining in 200t, she worked for Taylor Wimpey (01784 225 315).

GVA Grimley
Dan Hodge has been appointed associate director. He has worked with the firm in Leeds for almost four years, helping to establish the office there (0113 280 8029).

New Addresses

The property investment office of the British Steel Pension Fund is relocating to new premises on 20 November. They will be at 17th Floor, 125 Old Broad Street, London EC2N 1AR (020 7042 7000).

Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has opened a new office in Forfar, headed up by Lesley Davie and offering residential lettings and commercial and residential surveys and valuations.  The new office is at 44 West High Street, Forfar, DD8 1BA (01307 466100).
