Estates Gazette is conducting its 20th annual Salary and Benefits Survey in association with Foundation Recruitment which aims to measure the salaries and benefits received by commercial property professionals and help us to understand the current state of the industry. The results of this survey are due to be published in a forthcoming issue of Estates Gazette. John McAslan & Partners has appointed Andy Harris as head of landscape design. He previously worked at Hargreaves Associates (020 7313 6000).

Andy Roskel andy.roskell@echarris.com has joined EC Harris as partner in its residential affordable team based in Leeds.  Formally with Tribal Consulting, he has over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector (0113 243 0624). 

David Jones has joined Berkeley House Investments to specialise in project finance products for the residential & commercial development markets (0845 2000 122).

Monument Investment Holdings has appointed former Hull City FC finance director James Craddock james@monument.uk.com as FD. Prior to his role in Hull, he was a senior manager at Deloitte (0113 246 9994).

Alan Browne abrowne@wadhamandisherwood.co.uk has joined Wadham and Isherwood to will deal with agency instructions in Guildford.  He formerly worked for Lambert Smith Hampton (01483 300176).
