Simon Taylor has been appointed to run a new division specialising in commercial property (020 7580 1010).
Nick Alexander has become residential land manager in the South West regional office in Avonmouth. He will manage residential operations in the South West and South Wales (01173 167780).

Urban designer Alice Goodall has joined the Bristol office. Previously, she was a technical officer at Exeter city council (0117 929 9677).
