Cording Asset Management
Nick Griffith has been promoted to partner and Suzy McNally and Sarah Milne-Day to associate partner status (020 7440 3487).

Cyril Sweett
Stuart Northrop has been appointed an associate director and Chris Twitchell an associate in the new real estate finance team (020 7061 9000).

Legal & General Property
Andrew Ferguson has been appointed fund manager for the Leisure Fund limited partnership. He joins from Citygrove Securities and brings more than 10 years' experience in the leisure and retail sectors (020 3124 2755).

Cushman & Wakefield
Gillian Rooney has been promoted to senior surveyor in the office agency team (0141 223 0910) while Stuart Jolly takes the same position in the professional services team (0141 223 8784).  Both are based in Glasgow.

Sovereign Land
Guy Beaumont has been made development surveyor and asset manager.  He joins from Montagu Evans, having previously worked for DTZ (020 7495 0909).

CB Richard Ellis
Karen Jamieson has rejoined the firm where she began her career, as a director in the property and asset management team in Glasgow.  She has more than 15 years' experience in asset management, most recently with LNC Property Group (0141 204 7666).

Knight Frank
Louise Bremer has been appointed as a valuer to join the commercial valuations team in London.  She joins from DTZ, where she trained, and will concentrate on portfolio valuations in all sectors (020 7861 1669).

Edward Dyke has rejoined as a director in the Blandford office.  His principle focus will be expanding and strengthening the company's rural presence in Dorset, south Wiltshire and Hampshire (01258 452343).

Hammonds LLP
Planning lawyer and barrister Oliver Goodwin, former head of planning and environment at Mishcon de Reya, has joined the planning division as a partner.  Also joining as a partner, in the City real estate practice, is Patrick Ryan, formerly of SJ Berwin, while Simon Taylor, previously with Eversheds, joins as a senior consultant (020 7655 1000).
