This week's people and place changes in property from EG Moves. Appointments - Promotions - Relocations - Start-ups - Team changes People CS2 Commercial building and quantity surveyors have announced the appointment of David Lloyd Owen as the director in charge of the London office (0207 397 8272). Barton Willmore The planning consultancy's new recruits include planner Nichola Traverse-Healy in Cambridge (01223 345 555) and senior planner Peter Roberts and urban designer Camilla De Burghe in Bristol (0117 929 9677). BSVP Luke Gavacan has joined the London building and project consultancy as a building surveyor. He was formally a building surveyor at CNP (020 7189 8340). CRC North Retail consultant Chris Renshaw has joined the family's Manchester-based property business. He was an associate at surveyor GL Hearn (0161 776 4666). John Francis David Cochlin has been appointed a commercial surveyor in the commercial property team. He was most recently a general manager of the Thornsett Group (08448 484 336). BTF Commercial Simon Williams has been appointed as associate partner in the Canterbury office. He joins from Glenny (01227 763663). Irwin Mitchell Geoffrey Lander has joined the London law firm as a non-executive director to help build its real estate group. He will continue with his other non executive roles (020 7798 5614). Wedlake Bell The City law firm has boosted its banking team with the appointment of partner Matthew Lindsay, who joins from Mishcon de Reya (020 7395 3009). GVA Grimley Nigel Britten is the newest addition to the building consultancy team in the West Midlands. He joins as a consultant (0844 902 0304). Savills The commercial management team in Glasgow has been strengthened with the appointment of Niall Joyce (0141 222 4116) and Gareth MacDonald (0141 222 4117), as director and associate respectively. Both previously worked for Knight Frank. Rees Richards & Partners Dylan Williams and Matthew Lloyd have been made equity partners. Williams will head the valuation and development department while Lloyd will concentrate on utility contracts and rural property (01792 650705). Orchard Street Investment Management John Humberstone has been appointed a partner. He brings with him more than 20 years experience (020 7494 8860).
