People
Bruton Knowles
Rural property specialist Christian Green has been appointed at the Nottingham office. He has nearly a decade of experience in the sector, and previously worked for Severn Trent Water (0115 988 1160).
Smith Price
Chartered surveyor Peter Flint has been brought into the agency team to help the firm's expansion drive. He joins from Brian Cradick & Co but also worked for Bidwells and Stiles Harold Williams (020 7409 2100).
King Sturge
Madelaine Lundgren and Kate Ryder, both formerly of DTZ, have joined the Knightsbridge residential team (020 7201 6699), while Emma Jackson rejoins the firm as senior office property researcher after a year working with NB Real Estate (020 7087 5518).
Workman
The commercial property specialist has made three appointments to cover new instructions. James Flynn (020 7227 6200) has joined the London office as partner, having previously worked at MJ Mapp. In the Bristol office, Rob Davis has also joined as a partner, while Ben Kearns has been named senior building surveyor (0117 925 1252).

Mark Olbrys has joined as an associate director. A former partner at Cluttons, he will head the sales department (020 7262 2030).

A trio of appointments strengthening the South West team has been made. Alan Morrish relocates from Wiltshire to the head office in Bristol to develop the business rates team (0117 317 1157); James Mackay has been promoted to head of professional services and has relocated to the Swindon office (01793 615477); and new recruit Mark Hollingworth has become senior surveyor in the Gloucester office (01452 623290).

Adam Sutton has been appointed regional sales manager for Staines, Slough and Wandsworth. He was previously with commercial surveyor Vokins (01784 224389).

Lisa Phillips joins as a surveyor, strengthening the building surveying team in Manchester. She joins from DTZ (0870 777 6292).

Three new additions have been made to the development team; Yumeng Chan, previously with architect Kohn Pedersen Fox, joins as development executive, while Catherine Crawley and Sophia Jarvie have been made assistant development executives (020 7758 3650).
