The restoration and conservation specialist has made Dave Bahra construction director of the residential development and investment business. He joins from Henley Homes (01279 817882).

Keith Hutchison has been recruited as partner to head the professional team in Edinburgh. He has 19 years’ experience of the Scottish property market, having worked with Jones Lang LaSalle and CB Richard Ellis (0131 229 3800).

Principal surveyor Richard Andrews has been made an associate in the building team. He has been with the firm for over five years (020 7911 2750).
