This week's people and place changes in property from EG Moves. Appointments - Promotions - Relocations - Start-ups - Team changes Maples Katherine Watts has been appointed to the commercial property team at partner level. She was previously at Lovells (020 7831 6501). Whybrow Michael Devine has been appointed to the property management department. He joins from Colchester-based estate agents Spicerhaart (01206 577667). Spirit Marketing Group Jon Walton has joined the retail specialists in Glasgow to lead the group's Scotland operation. Walton was previously with DTZ UK (0141 632 8660). Property Derivatives Interest Group Will Robson has been made chairman of the firm's technical sub-group (020 7548 6649). Eddisons Peter Rowlinson has been appointed director of the London-based insolvency team. He joins from Stevens Scanlan, where he spent over 21 years (0870 853 2262). DBK David Sammons has been recruited to head the affordable housing consultancy team. He was previously head of Knight Frank's out-of-London affordable housing department (0121 622 8520). Briant Champion Long Oliver Jordan has joined as an associate. He was previously with Michael Elliott. (020 7434 7120). CS2 Mat Belgrove has been promoted to director. An experienced building surveyor, Belgrove previously ran the firm's Bristol office (0117 924 5477). Workman Hedley Jones has joined as partner and is based in the Bristol office (0117 925 1252). Florence Faucheur formally with BNP Paribas RE, has joined the Paris office as senior property manager (+33 1 47 42 3138).
