London Developer Mount Anvil has appointed Chris Dreher as commercial director. He joins from Telford Homes, where he worked for eight years (020 7776 1800).

Knight Frank has strengthened its Yorkshire investment team with the appointment of Andrew Harrison as a senior investment surveyor (0113 246 1533).

Stirling Ackroyd has appointed Nick Davies as head of residential development, focusing on City Frindge opportunities. He was previously at DTZ and Thomson Currie (0207 940 6233).

Julian Rayner has joined Instant as a director in the managed offices team. He was previously at Lloyds Banking Group and Fidelity International (020 7298 0628).

Chartered Surveyor Templeton LPA has appointed Richard Deeprose as non-executive director. A director of strategy and planning at chartered surveyor e.surv, he is a longstanding member of the RICS and an associate RICS assessor (029 2023 1778).

Leeds-based retail and leisure property consultant Pudney Shuttleworth has appointed Nick Brearley as an agency surveyor. He previously worked for Donaldsons and BNP Paribas Real Estate (0113 3444 444).

George Hardcastle has joined Citygrove Securities as an associate development director.  He will be responsible for securing new development opportunities.  He previously worked for King Sturge and Lyndal Mount Properties (020 7647 1700).

Jo Osgerby has joined Jackson Rowe as business development director (01892 667476).

Sheffield-based GP Surveyors has recruited Ryan Stevens to the surveying team. He joins from Barnsdales (0845 143 0019).

Environmental consultancy Environ has appointed Nicola Eury as head of the firm’s South West group.  She has more than 23 years’ experience in the environmental sector (01225 748 420).

Chartered surveyor Altus Edwin Hill has appointed Simon Kings as vice-president in its professional services team based in its Birmingham office.  He previously worked for King Sturge (0121 788 4600). .

The Ethical Property Company has appointed Susan Ralphs as managing director.  She joined the company as finance director in 2007 and has been acting managing director for the past few months (01865 207810).

St James Securities has appointed Paul Morris as part of its development drive. He was formally with Lambert Smith Hampton and more recently ran his own property company (0113 245 8855).

Savills has expanded its national valuation team with the appointment of David Murdoch as a director based in the Glasgow office.  He previously worked for Drivers Jonas Deloitte (0141 222 5855)

Elliot Charles Group has appointed James Chasen as development executive. He previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton (01908 561330).

Harkalm Investments has made Ben Sarner a director. He joined the firm in 2005 and is responsible for the acquisition of retail investments nationwide. (020 7435 2535).

Mark Wyatt has been appointed sales manager at Henry & James.  He previously worked for Chesterton Humberts and Farleys (020 7581 5011)

Jones Lang LaSalle has brought in Grant Fitzner as head of EMEA research. He joins from the Department for Communities and Local Government in the UK (020 7493 6040).

Turley Associates has formed a four-strong heritage team. Roger Mascall is national head of heritage, Richard Brookes senior heritage planner and Gareth Jones (020 7851 4010) and Katy Lightbody (0161 233 76760) have been named associate directors.

Housing association Moat has brought in Hugh Fenn as executive director.  He previously worked for BAA (0845 359 6350).

Architectural practice HOK has recruited Robert Firth to the London leadership team.  He previously worked for Capita Architecture and Austin-Smith Lord (020 7636 2006).
