CB Richard Ellis
Nicola Dymock has been appointed senior surveyor in its North West valuation advisory and investment consulting team, based in Manchester. She was previously with Jones Lang LaSalle (0161 233 5600).

Neil Chegwidden has joined as head of residential research, based in London. He has more than 20 years' experience in the area (020 7087 5507).

Richard Jones has been appointed finance director. He was previously chief financial officer and group finance director at Gazeley (020 7493 3373).
