Charlie Van Der Gucht has joined the central London investment and development team. He was formerly with DTZ (020 7788 8968).

Promotions have been made in the London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds offices. In the City office, Annabel Sutherland has been made a director, Richard Eyley is now an associate director and Benjamin Cottle has been made an associate.
