Lucy Morgans has been named head of sustainability, based in the London office (020 7409 9498).
The Didsbury-based consultancy has made Laurie Wills senior sustainability consultant. He previously worked at RSK Group (0845 362 8202).
Charlie Van Der Gucht has joined the central London investment and development team. He was formerly with DTZ (020 7788 8968).

Nicola Campbell has been promoted to investment director. She joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for UK funds (0131 228 3344).
David Felman has been appointed to the central London acquisitions team, based in the St James's office (020 7096 9911).
Jones Lang LaSalle
Verena Brueller has been appointed to lead the London-based German desk. She joins from Commerz Real (020 7399 5573).
Francis Ives has been named non-executive chairman, replacing Hazel Marsh, MCM's founder and chairman, who retired in 2009 (020 7902 0900).
Promotions have been made in the London, Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds offices. At the Grosvenor Hill office in the capital, Pippa Harrison and Chris Meredith have become directors; Hayley Allen, Chris Brogan, Greg Childs, Oliver French and Alistair Stimson have been made associate directors; and Graham Barlow, Lloyd Entwistle, Damian Keeling, Craig Langley, Kevin Lau, Richard McKenna, Kerry Anne O'Brien, Dean Samuels, Caroline Sawle, Argie Taylor and Melissa Varley have become associates. In the City office, Annabel Sutherland has been made a director, Richard Eyley is now an associate director and Benjamin Cottle has been made an associate. In Birmingham, Richard Hughes has become a director and Andrew Bull an associate director. Manchester has seen Katrina MacKay become a director, Nick Taylor an associate director and Stephen Vagg an associate. And in Leeds, Alex Duckett, James Lamming and Josh Sadgrove have all become associates (020 7409 8140).
