Knight Frank
Lucinda-Helen Gray has been brought in as head of block management in the mixed use and residential asset management team in London (020 7861 1725).

Daniel Watney
Chris Harrap has been appointed senior surveyor in the rating department in London. He joins from Lambert Smith Hampton (020 7246 5053).

Cannon Capital
Sarah Gray has joined as a graduate surveyor. She was previously with Savills and Permanent TSB in Dublin (0207 493 6246).

Carter Jonas
Alex Nell has been named senior surveyor for residential development. Based in the Oxford office, he joins the firm’s regional team to provide specialist advice for landowners throughout the south of England (01865 511444).

Connells Asset Management
John Carolan has been appointed managing director. He has worked for Connells Group for 10 years, most recently as managing director of the TM Group (01525 218500).

Hurst Warne
William Gelder has been made a partner. As head of the Redhill office, he will focus on office and industrial agency work in the southern M25 and south London area (01737 852222).

Innes England
Tom Burton has been brought in as a surveyor in the building surveying team. He joins from Gerald Eve. Ben Meynelland Giles Davis have joined as graduate surveyors in the professional and agency departments respectively. All are based in Nottingham (01159 243243).

Dan Harrison has taken the post of graduate surveyor in Dubai, concentrating on residential and commercial valuations throughout the United Arab Emirates (+971 4 341 6343).

Lambert Smith Hampton
Tim Powner has been appointed a senior surveyor to focus on growth in the North East’s industrial and logistics sector. Based in the Newcastle office, he was formerly an agent with King Sturge (0191 261 1300).

Matthew Bowyer has been appointed project manager, responsible for major development projects, including oversight of the new Three Quays property by the Tower of London, EC3 (020 7341 7010).

A clutch of appointments have been made in Manchester.
