People

King Sturge has appointed Hannah Smith as a senior surveyor in the Leeds shopping centre management team. She joins from DTZ and will manage the new Trinity Walk shopping centre in Wakefield when it opens in May (0113 235 5287).

Michael Bull has joined the Bristol office of Colliers International as head of its investment property management team. He joins from Workmans (0117 917 2022).

Andrew Watson has been promoted to director in GVA’s Liverpool office. He joined the firm in 2000 and moved to the Liverpool office in 2008 (0151 471 6731).

Property consultancy Kemsley LLP has appointed Daniel Harness as an associate of the agency team based in its Romford office (01708 766733).

CB Richard Ellis has appointed Gavin Elliot (028 9043 6750) and Tim Reid (028 9043 6752) as associate directors in the specialist capital markets team in Belfast. Both associates have extensive investment experience across the London and Northern Ireland commercial property markets.

Property consultancy Cluttons has recruited Richard Dunkley as finance director. He joins from NB Real Estate (020 7647 7249).

Charlie Allen has joined the corporate finance real estate team at Ernst & Young. He previously worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate (020 7951 0634).

CS2 has promoted Andrew Jenkins to director. He was previously an associate in the Northampton office and has been charged with opening the firm’s new Birmingham office (0121 222 4123).

Ryden has appointed two new surveyors to the Aberdeen office. Ross Murray (01224 569673) and John McHardy (01224 569661) join the building consultancy team.

Edward Symmons has appointed Matthew Hattersley as graduate surveyor in its valuation services team in Leeds (0113 245 8454).

Martins Properties has appointed Paul Nicholson as finance director. He joins from O&H Holdings, where he worked for 12 years (0207 7730 5092).

Isle of man-based Chrystals has promoted Neil Taggart to director. He specialises in residential and rural property sales and management (01624 623778).

Shane Lincoln has joined Shoreditch-based architects Mossessian & Partners as managing director. He returns to architecture after eight years in property, most recently with Sellar Property Group (020 7749 6860).

Glenn Howells Architects has appointed Marcus Lee as director in the London office. He was previously associate director at Richard Rogers Partnership. Lee will be working alongside director Reinhold Schmaderer (020 7407 9915).

MCM Architecture has appointed Jon Race as board director. He has been with the firm for 15 years (020 7902 0900).
