Strutt & Parker has recruited Zoe Rose as head of London residential lettings. She previously ran her own business offering professional property advice to private and corporate clients (020 7589 9966)

Bruton Knowles has appointed Angus Jackson to its commercial team. Based in the Gloucester office, he joins from Sidney Phillips (01452 880 000).

Jones Lang LaSalle has made Catherine Lambert (020 3147 1263) chairman of retail management, and Richard Davies (0203 147 1501) has taken on the role of lead director.

Nick Warner has joined Prime Purchase to act on behalf of clients buying property in Berkshire, south Buckinghamshire, south Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire. He has more than 20 years experience and joins from Savills (01608 810662).

Orega has appointed Rupert Spice to the newly-created position of commercial development manager. He has more than 12 years’ experience working with both agents and landlords, most recently with Sunley (01932 445000).

Former BBC Apprentice finalist Kristina Grimes has been appointed by Spicerhaart Group as business development director for land and new homes and corporate sales (01253 603000)

CB Richard Ellis has appointed Moira Walker as senior rating surveyor in its Scotland rating and taxation team. She joins from at Argyll and Bute Council and boasts 14 years’ experience in the sector (0141 204 7666).

Cambridge’s Grand Arcade shopping centre has appointed John O’Shea as general manager. He was previously manager at Freeport Braintree outlet villiage and has twice been named manager of the year in the Shopping Centre Spectre Awards (01223 302601).

Rachel Whaley has been appointed associate director in Humberts Leisure’s North Yorkshire office. She joined the firm in 2007 from the Yorkshire Dales National Park Authority (01756 799 271).

British Land has appointed Clare Juniper and Lauren Smith to its retail asset management team based at the company’s head office in central London (020 7486 4466).

Wakefield’s Trinity Walk shopping centre development has appointed Susan Mendoza as centre manager. She brings more than 15 years’ experience to the role, joining from the Airedale Shopping Centre in Keighley (0113 235 5261).

CS2 has recruited building surveyor Duncan Taylor . Based in the firm’s London office, he specialises in dilaps and contract administration (020 7397 8272)
